Pricing FAQs
How does the 50% deposit work?
Once we agree on scope and price, you pay 50% via M-Pesa, bank transfer, or card to kick off the project. The remaining 50% is due when we deliver the final product and you're satisfied. We never ask for full payment upfront.
Are these prices fixed or can they change?
The prices shown are starting points ("from" prices). After you submit a quote request, Zack will review your specific requirements and give you a final fixed price — no surprises mid-project. For well-defined projects, the "from" price is usually the final price too.
Is VAT always charged?
VAT at 16% is applied to all invoiced work as required by the Kenya Revenue Authority. The calculator above shows it separately so you can see both the base price and the VAT-inclusive total. A formal VAT invoice is issued for every project.
What payment methods do you accept?
M-Pesa (Paybill or personal), bank transfer (KCB/Equity), and card payments. We'll send you M-Pesa payment details after agreeing on scope. All payments confirmed via receipt within 24 hours.
Can I combine multiple services and get a discount?
Yes — bundling services (e.g. website + brand identity + SEO) often qualifies for a package discount of 10–20%. Use the calculator above to build your combination, then request a quote and mention you'd like the bundle rate. Zack will apply the discount in the final proposal.
Do you work with clients outside Nairobi?
Absolutely. We work with clients across Kenya — Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret — and across East Africa in Uganda, Tanzania, and Rwanda. All communication via WhatsApp, email, and Zoom. M-Pesa works everywhere in Kenya; international clients can pay via bank transfer.
